Jake and his team are very professional, and skilled. Storm came and knocked down a tree on my house. I called in a panic and spoke to Jake. Tyler me he could get the job done before a certain date. He pushed back time and time again on coming out. Waited until the last day I had available, then didn't confirm anything until cancelling late in the evening. He only responded after multiple attempts to contact because I told him I would leave a bad review. Immediately called, screamed at me, cursed at me, then hung up.
