Cockroachs are always present in this building because of the filthy state of the building. Nothing is regularly cleaned even though they have forms with the cleaning schedule in the laundry room. You should not have to physically send pictures to management in order to have these facility's cleaned and maintained. It's an embarrassment bringing friends or family here.

Dans notre building, nous avons des coquerelles depuis plus d'un an, le service d'extermination n'arrive pas à s'en débarrasser parce que les locataires au 1er étage ne les laissent pas entrer pour faire des traitements. Ce serait une bonne raison pour se débarrasser de ces locataires peut-être? Le garage est souvent plein d'excréments (merde) parce que les égouts remontent quand il pleut très fort. I have had the worst experience ever in our new building, 174 Grove St Barrie. I really need help. We didn't know what we could do. Call the city or the police or what! We moved on the first of April, and they withdrew our rent payment twice, and they did the same this morning. To make it worse, until now, I did not receive the laundry card.
