They clearly don’t want any tenants because THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!!!!!!.
The leasing company, WCSmith, is very unprofessional. This is the second time I scheduled a tour at one of their properties and there was no one available for my tour when the time for my scheduled appointment arrived. No one working the phones in the leasing office either.
Building is nasty and infested with roaches. Management seems to be very aware of the issue but will refuse to disclose that to tenants and rush you into signing a lease without proper disclosure / awareness of the issue the building is facing. The lack of reviews online about this place and cheap rent can be misleading into thinking it is worth it. That cheap rent comes at a cost.
