W place. Painting is great, hallway smells good on the first floor, apartments inside look good, and finally, apartment looks nice outside. Thanks for reading.
Don't move here unless you want to live with ant filled apartments and very loud and disrespectful neighbors I've left multiple complaints and letters to management nothing has been addressed this building has zero regard for tenants. I find it laughable that they respond to Google reviews but can't even acknowledge tenants complaints at the actual building. Cogir what a joke.
Extremely loud neighbours. The staircase smells like wet dog and is frequently dirty. Kids run in the hallways late at night and early mornings. Very small laundry room that has residents using two at a time and there's only about 5 washers and dryers. There are tiny ants everywhere, especially the washrooms. And the walls are quite thin. The parking lot is not managed well in Winter, you will continuously be stuck. This building has gone downhill and management seems to be non-existent.
