77 days it took them to replace my washer. They entered my home without informing me and the mess they left made me think at first that I was robbed. Items thrown on my couch, scratches everywhere, and they used my wash cloth as a rag.
Good location, close to center city and fairmount. New Aldi and Wine and Spirits store right next to the apartment building. Overall, only complaints are small things that we can live with.
I have been living here since July 2015 and I have no complaints! I love my apartment! Big windows, new appliances and fixtures, and an off street parking spot. Any maintenance or general request is always attended to immediately. Location is great - multiple bus stops within a few blocks, new restaurants opening frequently on Girard, Aldi & Fine Wines right in front of our building, and great access to Fairmount Park/Kelly Drive.
Update Feb 2019: The leasing office just informed us that the newly-opened fitness center, one of the amenities we were promised 5 years ago and one of the reasons we renewed our lease, isn't going to be available to 31BT residents because we have a different security system; this despite the fact that the leasing office told us we would be able to sign up for it when we renewed the lease! Edit: Lived here for 2 and 1/2 years- signed lease before they were even open. Was promised amenities 6 months after we moved in that still were not present when we moved out. You cannot call yourself a luxury apartment complex when there are no amenities. Management has changed 3 times since moving in.
