My online portal is not working and I've called for the past two weeks to pay my rent and nobody has contacted me but they sure keep adding late fees. NOT HAPPY
Manages our property and have been trying to contact them for 1 1/2 months with no response to email, phone or texts. Steer clear if you are a property owner. Started off pretty good but since then its been awful. As a property owner there must be a clear and fast way to communicate with the property managers. 309 Property Management still hasn't got back to us.
Been trying to move out for 3 months and no one will get back to me. Phones are ran by an off-site caller service, so if you call you will never be able to talk to someone that can actually help you.
