Stay away from this place! The underground parking is extremely poorly designed. the entrance/exit to the underground garage is really tight, once you get down the ramp you have to back up slightly to get in the parking garage. Note. The under ground garage also have very poor anbd confusing signage, its very easy to get stuck when people decide to take short cuts ignoring signs, during prime time hours.
Not the greatest building
Unless you have been renting here for a long time please stay away from this building. It’s understandable that they are doing maintenance, but they have to have alternatives to accommodate seniors, person with disability and person with children. The building is completely inaccessible, and there is absolutely no visitor parking. As a result senior citizens can not even order groceries online, noone wants to deliver here as there is no parking. Absolutely worst.
Very Noisy Place,. They are doing maintenance of the building and it is very noisy. There is also construction work going on in the front and back of the building. My advice run away from this place as fast as possible..... The management does not seem to care.... There are elderly people and families with kids living in the building and the management of the building have suggested people to go stay in a public library during the day because of the high noise level.
