My dad has lived in this building for many years and in his opinion Marcus is an excellent property manager (the best in all the years he’s been in the building), he’s very responsive, kind and knows his stuff! He runs the building with care and great customer service. Thank you Marcus for all you do!

Stay away from this place! The underground parking is extremely poorly designed. the entrance/exit to the underground garage is really tight, once you get down the ramp you have to back up slightly to get in the parking garage. Note. The under ground garage also have very poor anbd confusing signage, its very easy to get stuck when people decide to take short cuts ignoring signs, during prime time hours.
