I would not recommend 3030 South Water Street based on my experience. The management seemed very disorganized, the application system was extremely inefficient, and the leasing office was nearly impossible to reach by phone. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. I was asked to pay a $100 application fee before being clearly informed that the lease term available did not match my expectations. The best apartment I’ve ever lived at! I got some of the best views and loved the location. My cat especially loved the big windows. I never had any issues, and if I did they were always taken care of quickly.
