If I could give zero stars, I would. I rented two units at 303 Flats for my children while they attended the University of Tennessee. During their time there, we noticed spots developing on the walls that continued to spread. At the time, we could not determine what they were. Eventually, my children and their roommate began experiencing ongoing sinus issues and were repeatedly sick. At the end of the lease, we had already decided to move to another apartment. Horrible place to live. Leasing office messed up my lease, so I had to sign three separate times. I only resigned my lease because they promised to include parking, but they didn’t even put parking in my lease. They gave my spot to someone else, so now I can’t even park at my own apartment. NO parking ANYWHERE on game days. Two weeks ago there were no spots in the gravel lot or paved spots, so I asked a leasing agent where I could park. They said I could park in employee parking as long as I moved my car before Sunday. Yeste... read more
