Let me sum this place up real quick. Roaches in the stairs, trash always full and hallways constantly smelling of trash, predatory towing, dirty units upon move in, every material is cheap from the paint to the carpet, and office workers with no clue what’s going on. Look else where.
I was a student at UT who had to transfer mid year, 303 flats assured me they would assist with me finding a a sublet, however in the end they undercut me by one dollar in order to secure a subletter I found myself as a tenant without me knowing.
