The staff is absolurwly amazing and the property is very nice and conveniently located!
Parents and students who are thinking about living here, absolutely re think your options, terrible management and I mean terrible. Been living here for 2 years and was thinking about a 3rd. But if you ever have problems, maintenance will never answer the phone. And they have a tow truck company that comes through the garage every single night and if they cannot see your tag even if you have it you get towed and it cost $250 all cash. I hated living here. I lived here in 2023-2024. The elevators were soooo slow, the office was always closed and packages were always conveniently in the office so you couldn’t get to them except for when the office was open. The office also closed randomly whenever they’d want and they’d just slap a sign on the door saying closed. The trash chutes were ALWAYS overflowing, but God forbid you put the trash on the floor in the trash room. You’d be charged $150 per bag. I also hated the roommate matching. 303 is the best and so accommodating to all of their residents! I started living here half way through last semester and it’s been perfect and everything i need in my home!! I love the pool and the staff that work here are so nice!
