Yes I do Every complex/ life has issues hiccups!! Rsidnts Nd to stop speeding on premises we Have lots of children/ elderly people!!! Express your concerns in writing to the office/ give it time to be worked We have a nice clean Community let’s all work together to keep it that way! If you know you can’t afford to be here find somewhere more affordable.... but if you do have longevity here do your part to keep it nice and safe !!!!
Beautiful, peaceful place to live. Close to great schools, parks and downtown Georgetown. Bekah took excellent care of us and guided us through the process. We love it here because it is tucked away from the crazy.
Great place to live! It's quiet and the property is kept up. Management and maintenance do a great job here unlike others I have seen. Highly recommend this place!
This place has nowhere to go but up, hopefully! We lived there for 2 + years, and our rent went up from $879 to almost $1100 if we had stayed. That's without any renovations, just old appliances. Went through 3 used ovens, one of them the door fell off. Microwave died, dumpster dove for a workable one from an apartment that was getting re-done and only then did they replace it (well, install it)! cheap renovations with cabnits and mirrors falling off and out of the wall. You can hear everything your neighbors do and some outlets dont work unless you keep the lights on. Dog poop all in the grass and dog park. Kids are not monitored in gym or park. Repairs take a while to get done. One upside is the little Mexican man that does the repairs. Hes really nice and respectful! Also mail boxes don't get shut all the time and anyone can get in them! You can see in the photo below. This happens all the time.
This place is so awesome theres a lot of nice features awesome huge dog park, its really clean the maintenance does a good work making it clean, its pet friendly they allow any dogs which is awesome, i checked inside the apartment and it looks and feels like a real home and its really spacious, i love this apartment and it was so fast getting it, come see Valeria she does amazing work she will work with you just about any situation
