I just started back after a very long time - the facility is great and if you put the time in it works. The staff is so helpful and there are so many options available to you to meet your needs.
I love this place and everyone there is very friendly . Enjoying any class I take here.
I love it. I have been going for a month and enjoy the closeness of the location and staff & people are nice.
Well it's been just over 1 year of being a member and I want to thank all the staff for such a great job they did in helping me. I am happy to say with there help and support I've lost just overall 30 plus pounds. Thanks merry Christmas and Happy new year I will continue on.
