Can’t express how much I love this gem of a gym!!! No judgement friendly atmosphere. Variety of classes allowing something for everyone.The owner Marianne and her staff are wonderful and motivating! This gym is so good for not only my body physically but also for my soul!!!
I love this gym, the staff and everyone who is a member!! It's not only a place to get a great workout and enjoy the terrific classes, it's a chance to socialize with some wonderful ladies. ( or "gym gems", as one of the wonderful ladies has dubbed us!)

The best decision I ever made was to join 30 and out! The instructors are fun, kind and very knowledgeable. Both gym areas are really clean and well equipped. There are many options to choose from such as many types of group fitness classes, personal training, or just working out on your own.
