If you text the number, you are actually communicating with an automated service, not a human. In turn, that leads them to not know you even exist or made an appointment with their computer. Not a way to do business. Even though on Craigslist it says “call or text, you will be dealing with a real person”. No you aren’t. Very disappointed. I won’t even go into how ugly it got because I believe in giving companies a chance to better themselves.
