Level 9 is a great shop. I've been a patron for 10+ years. This past weekend I decided to rent a mountain bike. The bike was in good shape. I was happy overall. The cost was high, I was charged $170 to rent the bike for 2 days. I would recommend this shop!
Moved son into U. We know Level 9 for snow sports stuff (we been buying from them for years online) stopped by yesterday to look at any sale items with our son. Did not know they sold bikes. Son came to me and asked can we return the bike I bought. He liked the bikes there. We talked to the young lady at check out along with Ben. They gave e ya some good info on returning the bike. Thought I could fix up my bike at home…. Big mistake on my end. Highly recommend taking it to level nine, great service and experts at their craft. Ask for Ben!
Highly recommend this place. These guys really know what they’re talking about when it comes to winter sports gear. They aren’t trying to push product on you so they can get a sale and get out the door. They seem to care that you have a great outdoor sports experience and they want you to get the right fit on everything. They are very patient and helpful and they will ensure that you get what you need.
