I have a partner with Parkinson's and I am extremely happy with Second Family. The CNA's have been professional, attentive, kind and understanding, and I don't know what I would do without them. I am very grateful to Second Family and their staff. My significant other has been very well cared for and he is very grateful as well. Thanks to all of you and please keep up the good work!!!
2nd Family was there in a pinch for us. Our care needs sprung quickly and Emily and Chris jumped through hoops to make sure they had caregivers for us on a moments notice. They worked with their staff to maintain consistency for my dad, which was extremely important for his care. Our nurse coordinator (Erin) was amazing and was always looking for ways to assist our family. The caregivers were patient and compassionate, even when it wasn’t the easiest. Thank you 2nd Family for all of your care and support!
2nd Family provided us with high quality care for my mother and supported me as the care giver throughout. Each aid brought their best every day. I always felt confident that my mom was receiving the best care when I was not home. And as we settled into a routine our aids became just like a 2nd Family. I highly recommend this wonderful service.
