Management unresponsive I left this place at the end of November 2023 and they have still not refunded my security deposit. This place takes your money but doesn't want to give it back. I left the apartment is better condition than I received it and was informed that I would get the full amount back, over a month ago and still no refund of my deposit.

I love the apartments I lived 3 years here and the new manager Liz has help me with apartment and I had no problems here at all.

This place is very bad Majority of the apartments are leaking sewerage and they don't fix them Mold behind the walls and they keep painting them.
Good Service & Nice Apartment Really like our apartment! We have cute apartment that has brick accent wall and lots of space. The manager is really helpful —always willing to go the extra bit to help residents with the little things. I always tell my friends to rent here.
Really very bad experience My experience was very bad. The reason for leaving the apartments is mold on the walls, very bad maintenance, smell of marijuana at night, constant leaks. cockroaches a lot of garbage in parking lot and mail loud music at night very bad experience. I make report to the city now
I love this apartments I like that there is always parking space available.the towing company are very strict . If you don't have sticker from here they will tow your car and that's good!!. The apartments are close to target , Wal-Mart, and all the stores I usually go to. My apartment is specious. Maintenance is ok. Security guard is walking around. I do recommend this apartments . I been here for a year and I've never had an issue.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! AFTER WE UPLOADED THE PICS THEY EVICTED US! THIS IS THE SAME PERSON WHO UPLOAD THE PICTURES OF THE NOW DEAD RATS IN MY APTS. THE EVICTED US BECAUSE WE UPLOADED THE PICTURES.. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.. DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY HAVE ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS AND I WISH TO GOD I SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I RENTED HERE. THIS PLACE IS SOOO NASTY. I FOUND SIX BABY RATS IN MY APT.. HOLES IN MY APT WALLS WHERE THEY COVER IT WITH STOVES AND REFRIGERATOR AND ITS HOLES IN CABINETS WHERE RATS LIZARDS AND ROACHES COME IN..... read more
