RecommendedA big big thanks to the owners and staff for taking care of the federal families during the shutdown. We had lunch there today and it was yummy and everyone treated us so nice. I will be certain to spread the word and support this great establishment once this shutdown is lifted!!

John K. Wood of the 29 Diner puts his heart and soul not only into his food but into the community as well. Serving Veterans, the homeless, suicide survivors, children in need, you name it, he's there! Come and support him by having some good food (especially bbq) at the 29 Diner!

I went to the diner the other day and was so impressed. It was a great atmosphere with great food. I like to try a lot of different things, so I had two entrees, a milkshake, and dessert (I promise I didn't finish it all haha). everything was delicious! the highlight of the experience was the great service.
