I recently relocated from Arizona to Denver. After an extensive search, I chose this apartment complex. It's a great LOHI location: walking distance to awesome restaurants, bars and LODO. The complex has a great community feeling. Fellow residents are more mature professionals than you will find in some of the other complexes. Average age is upper 20s through upper 30s.
