The location is amazing, I’ve lived here for three years and work from home so location was key. I’m able to walk to several coffee shops and tons of restaurants and Union Station is less than a 20 min walk away. Getting to the mountains is easy, being on the west side of town and between 6th and I-70. The staff is great and takes the time to get to know the residents. Shout out to Mekenzie and the rest is the team!!

Cindy, Mekenzie, and Edvin are the absolute best! They go above and beyond. Any repairs needed are done promptly. The building has fun resident events every month- excited for the upcoming ski trip! Perfect location for walking downtown, to games, and neighborhood restaurants.
Great location in LoHi neighborhood! Affordable, spacious, quiet, clean apartments with friendly, great, attentive management staff! I've lived here for 1 year and signed another lease to continue living in this great place. Only 5 stories tall, which makes it easy to get in and out of your apartment. Highly recommend this building if you are looking to live in the LoHi neighborhood!
I moved here about two months ago and I enjoy the location, the amenities and the building. It is really quiet and I never hear my neighbors. There is yoga on Wednesdays so I was able to try yoga for my first time! I use the grill a couple of times a week which is convenient. Neighbors and staff are very friendly. Parking is a bit tight in the garage, but at least I don't have to pay extra! Unbeatable location- I love walking around LoHi and over the bridges to downtown.
