It was a great place to live as the manager on-site was always helpful and willing to go any length to take care of all my requests. I will recommend the apartment as it is central and easily accessible to every stores even through walking!
We have been living here from 1 year and The building is very well kept I like the apartment its very bright and clean. Jeff is great & friendly manager that makes a lot of difference with other apartments he handles all queries promptly and is very helpful with everything.
Ask the superintendent and Cogir how often/when the last time the units and building were treated for bed bugs and cockroaches. I didn’t ask about the history when I moved in. You could also ask if any recent tenants have vacated as a result of the pest issues. I did. Bed bugs can travel unit to unit.
