My superintendent goes above and beyond the call of duty. I feel very lucky to have him. I consider him a friend.
I lived at 282 Romain street unit 201 for 6 days in march 2025. I want to urge any former or current tenants in this building,to go to the landlord tenant board. They mismanaged the bed bug and cockroach situation in this building. The land lord tenant board forced them to pay back the $ 6,000 they stole from me. If siteline or Cogir has mismanaged or harmed you or your family, report them to the landlord tenant board. There is now a public paper trail with the LLTB about their stealing/negligence. It was a great place to live as the manager on-site was always helpful and willing to go any length to take care of all my requests. I will recommend the apartment as it is central and easily accessible to every stores even through walking!
We have been living here from 1 year and The building is very well kept I like the apartment its very bright and clean. Jeff is great & friendly manager that makes a lot of difference with other apartments he handles all queries promptly and is very helpful with everything.
