RecommendedIt’s been a joy living here. Since COVID they make sure the entire property Cleaned with bleach every day. They seem to be on top of it all.

I really enjoy living here. I’m within walking distance to so many things, and the neighborhood is a great neighborhood to go for a run or stroll with my dog. The community here is super friendly and the amenities are well maintained. The staff in the office and the maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. They work to get anything that needs fixing completed as soon as possible. My studio apartment is the perfect size for me and I really love the layout and the biggest bonus is having a washer/dryer in the unit... read more

These apartments are great, and the people that live here seem to be nice...however there isn’t ever any parking and their are quite a few drug dealers that live in this complex that do their drug deals right outside of peoples patios and windows and aren’t very discreet about it either, the complex should have camera footage of this going on and if they would pay attention to what happens in the complex a little more than I might consider this place safe. I love my apartment. I wish there was an elevator though. I also wish it was a little more secure. I really enjoy the pool by the trees. The fitness center is decently appointed. The parking is nice to be able to rent a private garage. I wish they'd stop changing the way to pay the rent and stop changing management companies though. I've been through 3 in as many years. There have been TVs stolen from the common areas which goes unreported to the residents who have a right to be concerned about safety.
2727 owned by Lincoln Properties is poor excuse for luxury living. A door has been broken for over two weeks a district manager claims more than hinge. No excuse for disrepair and trash all over parking lot and than today I went to what was once business center and office assistant produced a laptop. A new low for property with recent murder on property. You definitely don’t get what you pay for.
