If you’re looking for your next apartment in DC, I couldn’t recommend 2701 Connecticut Ave enough. This is, by far, the best rental experience I’ve ever had in my life. Santos and Seve are so welcoming, thoughtful, and kind, and always go the extra mile to ensure that the building’s residents have the best possible experience. I rave about the building to all of my friends, and feel so lucky to live here.
My roommate and I have lived at 2701 Connecticut Ave for almost 2 years, and we truly could not be happier. Santos and Seve are the absolute best, we feel so lucky to live in the best building in NW.
I've lived here for 2 years and cannot recommend it enough. What a wonderful place to call home. Santos and Seve are the most wonderful property managers and they go above and beyond to ensure their residents are supported. They attend to asks quickly, efficiently, and responsibly. They are excellent communicators, kind, and generous with their time and attentiveness. Located in the most beautiful part of DC, with an awesome rooftop, it's steps from Rock Creek park and great restaurants!
I have lived at 2701 Connecticut since November 2023 and it has been a great experience. Santos and Seve work hard to make the building and the community a great place to be. They’re hard working, polite and generous with their time. The building itself is beautiful, rent controlled and has a great rooftop deck. I have been living in 2701 Connecticut Ave for a little over a year now. It's a wonderful building to live in. It's in a great neighborhood. Santos and Seve are really responsive to any maintenance issues I have or questions in general. I really appreciate how helpful and kind they are. Can't say enough good things about this building!
