I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment building. It’s well maintained, comfortable, and has a great sense of community. The best part by far is the management—Santos and Seve are amazing. They’re always friendly, quick to respond, and consistently go above and beyond to help out whenever something comes up .Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication do not go unnoticed.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I have lived at 2701 Connecticut Apartments for almost five years now, and I absolutely love living here! It's a beautiful building, full of really friendly neighbors, and is meticulously taken care of by the wonderful building manager and caretaker team, Santos and Seve. They are friendly and welcoming, and always respond immediately to any question I have - they have helped with maintenance of my apartment, safety in and around the building, and assisted with passing off keys to our pet-sitter. Santos and Seve do such an exceptional job of managing and maintaining our homes at 2701 Connecticut! The building is spotless, safe, and incredibly communal, with neighbors saying hello and checking in with each other in the common areas. Santos and Seve always respond promptly to maintenance requests and any other questions we might have, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents' comfort and happiness.
