I've had a wonderful experience living at 2701 Connecticut in Woodley Park. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Woodley Park Metro station, making commuting around DC incredibly convenient. I have lived at 2701 Connecticut for 3 years and it has been great. The building is clean, things get fixed, and the laundry room is reliable. There is a friendly atmosphere between the residents, and the management (Santos and Seve) is exceptionally easy to work with. I highly recommend living here.
I’ve had a great experience living here over the past three years. The location is incredible, especially for the price. It’s hard to find this kind of value in such a convenient area. The management team is fantastic, and Santos is always helpful, professional, and responsive, which really makes a difference. Maintenance is also excellent. I lived at 2701 Connecticut for five years and it was the best apartment that I lived in during all my years in DC. First, the location is perfect for someone who needs to use Metro with the elevator to Woodley Park Metro right across the street. The building is always gleamingly clean and dust-free in all common areas and even the trash room would put other buildings' trash rooms to shame.
