I’ve had a great experience living here over the past three years. The location is incredible, especially for the price. It’s hard to find this kind of value in such a convenient area. The management team is fantastic, and Santos is always helpful, professional, and responsive, which really makes a difference. Maintenance is also excellent. Seve addresses requests incredibly quickly, often within just a few hours, which is rare and very much appreciated. I lived at 2701 Connecticut for five years and it was the best apartment that I lived in during all my years in DC. First, the location is perfect for someone who needs to use Metro with the elevator to Woodley Park Metro right across the street. The building is always gleamingly clean and dust-free in all common areas and even the trash room would put other buildings' trash rooms to shame. I have lived at 2701 Connecticut with my wife for a couple of years, and we love it. The building feels clean, comfortable, private, and safe. There can be some quirks to living in a hundred year old building (like having to control your heat with radiators and your AC with window units, rather than having a central thermostat), but the building staff is very helpful in mitigating any issues that pop up. I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment building. It’s well maintained, comfortable, and has a great sense of community. The best part by far is the management—Santos and Seve are amazing. They’re always friendly, quick to respond, and consistently go above and beyond to help out whenever something comes up .Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication do not go unnoticed.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I have lived at 2701 Connecticut Apartments for almost five years now, and I absolutely love living here! It's a beautiful building, full of really friendly neighbors, and is meticulously taken care of by the wonderful building manager and caretaker team, Santos and Seve.
