I went to Jess yesterday and it was well worth the visit. From right when I walked in the people were welcoming. I walked in and they got me an appointment that day and even ended up moving it up earlier. Jess listened to my needs, how I take care of my hair on a daily basis and what my normal routine is with my hair. She took that into account with both the haircut and the products she used in my hair. I felt great walking out of there and know that my haircut is something I can handle and take care of myself. I would definitely recommend Sam doing your hair..all of the ladies that work there are pretty amazing but Sam does my hair and she did an absolutely beautiful job..it took 4 sessions to get my hair to the color I wanted cuz it was rlly dark before but now it's a beautiful dirty blonde! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking to get there hair did thanku so much Sam for taking the time and effort into getting my hair done the way I wanted it!! I feel like a whole new woman

April, what you did for LG today was wonderful!!So unselfish with your salons time and energy! People might look at getting a haircut as no big deal, but for someone like LG it meant the world. She left looking like and sooo feeling like a princess. Libbie did a terrific job!!! All she kept saying "I loved my salon experience, they were so nice to me". You all made a difference in her world.... Thanks for being so fabulous....
I walked into the salon with Pamela Anderson Baywatch hair and I left feeling (and looking) like I was ready to run into every arch nemesis I've ever had. From yellow to a beautiful ash blonde. For my first time there, all the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Libbie did such a great job and I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!
Just moved to the area and 26th on Hanover was recommended by a friend. I emailed April to see who she thought would be a good stylist for what I was looking for and she was super helpful. I ended up with an appointment with Sam who couldn't have done a better job. She listened to what I wanted, gave me exactly what I was looking for and was so nice. She even gave me some recommendations on places to go in the area! 100% would tell anyone who asks to go to her. All around extremely positive experience.
This spot is so good!! i get my hair done here all the time..and i've been totally bald for years...
