I’ve had serious issues with the heating in the one-bedroom units. Last year, I was without proper heat and warm showers for over a month. The issue is still persisting and I've come to realize this is much more severe since all units have the same hot water / heating setup and other tenants in the single bedroom units have also brought it to my attention. It struggles to regulate the heat, causing water temperatures to fluctuate between scalding hot and lukewarm. I have been living here for 8 years and it is a great place for families. We have everything we need within walking distance. Grocery stores, restaurants and more.

The only downside is that there is only one toilet and parking is limited.
