pretty unprofessional when they can’t answer questions on hand towards policies they have on their website, I shouldn’t have to call back to know more about a pet policy, staff should know what the policies are regarding it.

I’ve had serious issues with the heating in the one-bedroom units. Last year, I was without proper heat and warm showers for over a month. The issue is still persisting and I've come to realize this is much more severe since all units have the same hot water / heating setup and other tenants in the single bedroom units have also brought it to my attention. The hot water tank, which is responsible for heating the unit, has a poorly designed setup. It struggles to regulate the heat, causing water temperatures to fluctuate between scalding hot and lukewarm. I have been living here for 8 years and it is a great place for families. We have everything we need within walking distance. Grocery stores, restaurants and more.
