When it comes to maintenance, this apartment is truly top tier. Ricky and his team handle maintenance requests the same day. Ricky handles most of my requests, and he is very professional and always gets the job done. It’s truly amazing how broad the range of work he is able to handle. I’m always satisfied with the results!

Huge shoutout to the amazing office staff! Yesterday, they stood outside in the cold handing out grab-and-go breakfast to residents, and it was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The maintenance men at this apartment complex are amazing especially Ricky!!! He is always accommodating, professional, and willing to help in any professional manner possible. My work orders are fixed promptly and without any further issues! So grateful for his work ethic and care of our home!
Came in for a tour and the office was so helpful Meriah was very kind and patient with all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to do an application.
