I’ve been a resident here for a year now and I’ve absolutely loved being able to call this place my home. I’ve had no issues with my unit, maintenance is always great, and Abigail, Haley & Maura have all been incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. I love the community we have here. Would 100000% recommend 26 at City Point for anyone looking for a new place to call home.
Hi. I was so disappointed with outcome of this place, I was very interested in leasing a unit, It had everything I wanted. I paid the application fee to get things started, they wanted 3 bank statements and 3 years tax returns (which I don't understand that) I have my own business, I made more money per year to cover the guide lines to qualified. También un gran agradecimiento al equipo de mantenimiento ( Enrique, Ricardo y Gabriel), que trabaja con dedicación y rapidez para mantener todo en perfectas condiciones, hicieron un excelente trabajo en mi apartamento en la climatización, con eficiencia, además que siempre han atendido mis pedidos con inmediatez.
This could be a fabulous complex but Management refuses to listen to its residents complaints, keep the dog park and landscaping clear of poop and even update the landscaping for that matter. The irrigation system is exposed everywhere making it a liability because you can easily trip on it. I've never seen that anywhere I've ever lived but here. Should be underground so no one trips on it if they have to go after their pet in the flower bed. Yes, I have tripped on it. The electric gate for the "gated community" was out for ... read more
