Lived here several years ago. It was a convenient location to the hospital. Coming from sunny state, am thankful for the underground parking (though expensive) so would not have to worry about shoveling. I would not rent a unit facing Campus Drive. Even on the fifth floor and double-paned windows, you will still hear car traffic. Every car that drives over Campus Drive above Highland Avenue will run over the expansion joints so you will hear a double tap all night long. Very good facilities, large rooms, and friendly maintenance staff, but there is bad one of the managers of the leasing office that does not respect the privacy of the residents and has a rude attitude towards the residents.

This is a very well maintained building in an excellent location close to the hospitals and medical school. Staff are kind and very responsive and the building is very well managed. The few maintenance requests I’ve had to put in have been addressed same day. The underground parking is fantastic, especially for the winter months. Cannot beat the commute if you work at UW Health or the VA.
