When my husband and I decided that we’d like to own a home in the future, we were overwhelmed with the process. After receiving answers regarding the steps to own a home from Alvin, we realized that owning a home isn’t going to be easy. Although, we know we are not ready for such a big step in our life, Alvin made certain that all our questions and concerns about our future home didn’t go unanswered. We look forward to working with him once we make that next step.
My husband and I have decided to buy a house next year. We were referred over to Alvin and we are excited to start working with him. He has answered all our questions and added other information that we need to prepare ourselves when the time comes. He is extremely knowledgeable and very much dedicated to his clients. He has a great personality and the integrity he shows just makes it less stressful and fun. We look forward to working with Alvin, as he has helped some friends and family of ours!
Alvin will go the extra mile for his clients. He works as late as needed in order to provide them with the best service possible. He is willing to do as much research as needed in order to learn a new neighborhood or to review the market to ensure he is sending homes that meet his clients exact criteria. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell.
Alvin is currently our realtor. Although he isn’t our first choice he is definitely our final. The 1st realtor was so pushy and the 2nd lacked local knowledge. Alvin made us feel comfortable and never rushed us into anything. Told us all the PROS AND CONS about home and found great programs to help with our home loan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
