My review is for Unit 722. Many things in the unit are broken, old, and cheaply done. The decency of the apartment is not cared for, and you as a tenant will be responsible for fixing all the little problems that will come up. Rent increased multiple times. I cannot in good conscious recommend. (My review is not of the building/condo association itself.)

Great staff in greeting you when you come in. Always seem happy to see you. The place is always very clean and looks really nice.
