Habitación pequeña con malos acabados, dejaron estuvo sin limpiar en la pared, el baño muy pequeño e incómodo y con acabados mal hechos, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien y se lava el piso, no ofrecen nada atractivo, lo único bueno es la ubicación.

On a passé 4 nuits au top, super emplacement, à 5min du métro, une épicerie juste en face. Alors oui la baignoire est un peu usée ou la poêle bonne à changer mais c’est pas ça qui m a gêné. Personnel à l accueil très gentil. Tout ce qu il faut pour la cuisine, literie du lit nickel. Bref super séjour à Washington
BEDBUGS!!!!! Terrible experience. Only went with this hotel because I needed a fridge and stove for my autistic son's needs. The description said 3 Queen size beds and when we got there, there were only 2 beds and a pull out couch. The entire place is run down, dirty, full of stains. The appliances are also dirty and old. Our walls and carpet were dirty and there were different areas of the room that were broken. I reported all of this and nothing was done. Anyone reading these reviews should be mindful that they include multiple locations! It gave me an impression that was never going to be meant at the 2500 Penn location. We had very limited options for a family of 5 and the reviews presueded us to choose this place. The staff is absolutely amazing! They get a 10 out of 10! I think they are doing the best they can with what they have. The rooms are decent but dated and are in need of some TLC. It was what I expected for the price.
