TERRIBLE experience! Rooms are quite dated. The A/C DOES NOT WORK WELL AT ALL. Our room never got below 79 degrees! They don’t tell you this until AFTER you check in and they have charged your card. They say, “We know and we are working on it” But it never gets better! One elevator is not working so all guests have just one elevator for everyone. They keep electric fans in the closets of each room which is obviously because the A/C is undersized for the needs of the building. HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! Appliances are very d... read more
No AC or tv, no restaurant, gym, or pool as advertised. Very nice front desk staff and that’s it. We left early, as did many others.
Everything about this place kind of sucks. The rooms are old, wood cabinets are warped, the title is cracked, carpet is old and dirty. I wouldn't walk around barefoot. The A/C doesn't work well and clearly does not have a dehumidifier...the sheets constantly feel damp, the elevator was broke for a couple days, the TV lost signal, the washer and dryer are located in the basement where it's got to be over 100° in there. Housekeeping is supposed to come every 7 days, you'd think they'd supply you with enough towels and washclot... read more
