Pre check-in registration process took about 15 minutes due to a long bureaucratic process. Contrary to what other reviews say, Rooms do not have balconies and not all rooms do have kitchen stove. Room services are provided every other day and the parking fees for behind the hotel deck costs $41+. No restaurant available in the facility. We booked through Airbnb and stayed one night here in July. Upon check in, they requested a $350 security deposit. That's fine, no problem. I received a partial refund of $200. When I asked why the rest wasn't returned, they said they refund in two parts and it was my bank that was taking so long to process the rest. Well here we are, almost 2 months later, and I still have not received the rest of my security deposit back.
