Great value for the price: Extremely friendly staff, clean building, fairly good amenities like gym, community hall, a game room with table tennis, dart and billiards. Management is very cooperative. On-site superintendent comes in very handy if anything breaks. Really great residents from all background. Right by the part which is great for a stroll. Very conveniently located from NYC.
