Ok, this place is GREAT- I visited for the first time today, and I was absolutely delighted by the modern, appealing salon, the excellent hygiene practices, and the wonderful staff (who did excellent, clean work). I called to ask for a last-minute appointment for 3 pedicures on a Saturday- no easy feat! They kindly offered us an appointment right at the end of the day, and stayed LATE just to make my special (birthday celebration) request happen. Disapointed! :( Came in yesterday for hard gel mani/pedi. Was assigned Pat - lovely girl, but she had poor technical and communication skills. Main concerns: messy work, focused on prepping the nail bed, not the whole nail, cuticles etc., causing very poor prep of the skin surrounding it - see messy looking nails in the photos. The dust left on my nails got baked under each nail and looked awful. I had to ask Pat to clean them up - she kind of tried but not really. This place is very clean, and the customer service is excellent. The girls in this place are very attentive to the cleanliness of the place, and are very friendly. Assunta, who did my gel manicure and regular pedicure, was awesome! She took her time, asked what I thought of the color, style of the nails, etc. I did not feel that she was rushing through the process. Even gave me a leg, hand, and shoulder massage!
