I've worked with Jason on three different occasions to find new places, and each time he's been fantastic to work with and extremely helpful during each search. I'd highly recommend working with him or anyone at 24th Street.
I've worked with Terri Fulton at 24th Street Realty twice so far, and each time as been wonderful! As a student at UT Austin, it's important that I have a nice apartment that doesn't break the bank and is within a reasonable distance to campus. Jason was wonderful to work with; he turned a very stressful process into something easy. In working with us he kept the perfect balance between personal and professional. He found us properties that fit our exact parameters and quickly responded to emails and scheduled tours for us. He also entertained us with stories from all his experiences in real estate and life. Jason genuinely cares and wants to help you!
Jason was great. He had flexible availability and was very good about finding places that fit our needs. Gave us a wide variety of selections and was great about communication. 10/10 would recommend and I would definitely go to him again if I was still looking.
