Super rude lady who does the notary service. First, she asks us if we parked backwards and said that they would block our cars in and won’t remove it until the tow company comes, which by the way no sign can be seen from any parking space saying this is a rule. Then while we are standing right there, she calls for some sort of security to go do something to all of the cars who are parked backwards. So we run outside to move our cars.
