Nice apartment and nice everyday staff, but poor property management. They boot/bolt new resident's and guests cars at $75 dollars a day frequently and purposefully do not call your phone number or knock on your door (even though they already have your info) They don't even follow their own rules, they just use booting and towing cars to increase their revenue.

Management lives by their own set of rules. I signed a lease back in march, however they magically have lost it and are charging me Month to Month. Then when I resign, they decided to charge me a late fee when they couldn't even fix this issue on time. I would NOT recommend Waterton to ANYONE. Management will not work with you and do NOT value relationships. I have been in this building for 5 years. NEVER paid late, NEVER caused an issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

My husband and I have lived at 2460 for almost a year now. Up until today, we have had a great experience here. I noticed over the last few weeks that I've seen a lot of new faces on the 2460 team - from maintenance to concierge to management. My husband rented a big SUV for the weekend, and was trying to figure out where to park it since it does not fit in the average spaces in the parking lot. Seriously, it's huge!
