Cami was extremely helpful throughout our application and move-in process and very quick to respond to all our queries. We have had no issues so far.
Horrible experience, especially if you live on Newark Avenue. You can hear everything: trucks, buses, loud cars, garbage trucks, drunk people every weekend. Impossible to sleep. The building shakes when trucks/buses pass by. Winter bills are $200-300. Don’t recommend, it was an emotional torcher.
Great apartment building. Smooth leasing process, modern and spacious interiors, utility bills are reasonable, maintenance is very responsive, common areas well-maintained.
