Horrible experience, especially if you live on Newark Avenue. You can hear everything: trucks, buses, loud cars, garbage trucks, drunk people every weekend. Impossible to sleep. The building shakes when trucks/buses pass by. Winter bills are $200-300. Don’t recommend, it was an emotional torcher.
Great apartment building. Smooth leasing process, modern and spacious interiors, utility bills are reasonable, maintenance is very responsive, common areas well-maintained.
I don't recommend this place if you are looking for clarity on what you have been charged. It's just overrated! The living experience is not worth it ,and the apartments are all having issues it's not worth the high rent.
