Clean, well-lit garage but no direction on how to access the building to then get your car. There were no clear directions online or on physical signs. After circling the building trying every door and reading every sign, we found a neighboring apartment building and the concierge told us that the garage doesn’t open until 10:00 am. Once it was 10:00 am, we had to walk through the garage and down the ramps to get to the car, no railing or walking path. Very weird and confusing experience. Horrible customer service, do not park here - I tried to cancel my monthly parking and got hung up on by the customer service rep. I submitted my cancellation 1 month ago and it still hasn't processed. TERRIBLE.
