I wish I could give this company zero stars. This "repair" has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.My 1-year-old furnace (which was purchased from Action after high-pressure sales tactics like "Go ahead and be cold on Christmas then") had begun intermittently not working. *** PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE *** 2021 Around November, our furnace went out in the home we just bought, as well as our Water Heater and Softner needed to be replaced. Action Plumbing gave us a quote, we agreed for an install 3 days later, but within 24 hours, we decided we were going to go with a different company. Our experience with Action Plumbing was a very negative and costly one. We received a bid of $1600.00 to fix a drain in the laundry room floor. After each job was finished another problem arose. After 5 more bids the total cost of the job was $38,700.90. After two times they brought in a camera to run through the lines to find the problem instead of doing that at first. We have had 2 interactions with Action Plumbing and both filled with scare-tactics and high-pressure sales. Incredibly high prices and low-grade equipment. We were sold a unit that was too small for our space and paid premium. We are highly dissatisfied and will not be recommending or use Action in the future.

Had this company out due to a burst pipe in the evening in February. The advised us on some other repairs in addition to the fixing the burst ********** of them was replacing the **** After changing the **** we had nothing but issues. They returned and once again replaced the components at the area of the burst pipe and replaced the *** again. Still knocking and loud noises when showering. This business charged us for work it took them many months to complete (quoted us a three day job), were no-shows multiple times after telling us they were "on their way," hid recurring fees with no notice, and were outright rude when we tried to sort out any number of these challenges. The biggest challenge with this company seems to be that the office and the technicians are on two totally different pages. My son in law selected this off the internet. This company installed a new section of sewer line, charged, and demanded payment of $8,000 even before they had covered up the pipe that they repaired. I got involved when the sewer backup within a couple of days after the repair. When I contacted Connectionz Plumbing (talked to a guy named ****), the first question I asked him was why they demanded payment from my daughter before they covered up the sewer pipe. **** did not have a good answer. 11/1/2021 Do not hire this company. Read their reviews on the BBB site and on yelp. Sort by ranking. Worst to best. It is my opinion that their business practices are predatory and they were not honest with me. It is "cold comfort" to see other reviewers with similar experiences. I only wish I had known. TERRIBLE-worst experience ever! They lied to us. Lied to the City. After the price was given to us they added taxes. Didn’t get the right permits. Left us without a working toilet for a weekend. The salesman big big lier! They left a temporary pipe leaking raw sewage in a hole they dug. They left a 12ft long and 8 ft deep hole uncovered for weeks.
