Zero stars if possible! As others can see from previous complaints, this company is dishonest, fraudulent and very revealing that they have lost accreditation with the BBB. We called them to do a simple tune up on our air conditioning in April 2023 and before they left, they convinced us that the A/C was in very poor condition and made many repairs before the summer season. On 4-2-23 I used their service for a plugged drain *********** shows up and gives the quote I accept then he wants the payment first so I pay. He begins to blow air into the drain with battery operated tool's then he begins to use a small manual drain snake to no avail. so I ask why does he not use the reel electric drain snake then he replied saying it wasn't necessary so I step out side to make a phone call, come back in and he said it was unclogged then he leaves in a hurry like he had to use the bathroom. My daughter received a repair estimate over $1300 on the 3 year old furnace they bought from Action 3 years ago. This included a $756 charge for "Ignition system maintenance". I went over and cleaned the flame detector in 10 minutes to fix the furnace. They also had a charge of $556 for a "surge protector". This part does not exist in this furnace. In fact the entire control board can be purchased for $99 retail. This is not just over-priced - It is FRAUDULENT. Are there any honest repair companies out there? This company sh... read more

I wish I could give this company zero stars. This "repair" has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.My 1-year-old furnace (which was purchased from Action after high-pressure sales tactics like "Go ahead and be cold on Christmas then") had begun intermittently not working. *** PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE *** 2021 Around November, our furnace went out in the home we just bought, as well as our Water Heater and Softner needed to be replaced. Action Plumbing gave us a quote, we agreed for an install 3 days later, but within 24 hours, we decided we were going to go with a different company. Our experience with Action Plumbing was a very negative and costly one. We received a bid of $1600.00 to fix a drain in the laundry room floor. After each job was finished another problem arose. After 5 more bids the total cost of the job was $38,700.90. After two times they brought in a camera to run through the lines to find the problem instead of doing that at first. We have had 2 interactions with Action Plumbing and both filled with scare-tactics and high-pressure sales. Incredibly high prices and low-grade equipment. We were sold a unit that was too small for our space and paid premium. We are highly dissatisfied and will not be recommending or use Action in the future.

Had this company out due to a burst pipe in the evening in February. The advised us on some other repairs in addition to the fixing the burst ********** of them was replacing the **** After changing the **** we had nothing but issues. They returned and once again replaced the components at the area of the burst pipe and replaced the *** again. Still knocking and loud noises when showering.
