I was in desperate need of my sewer main repaired. It was completely clasped. Acton did come and got me repaired real quick.. however the communication was not good at all. I had no one call me to let me know if and when I could run water or flush the toilet. They signed me up for a renewable membership in which I did not know they did and it renews every year at $209!!!! They sent techs out to service my heater and electrical. On Friday, I paid for my sewer line to be scoped. They rec. a hydrojet and follow up with a scope to be sure it's okay The hydrojet was completed. They did not compl the follow up scope on Friday. Adding to what everyone else here has said. We had a tech out to snake our kitchen sink, which he charged us $250 to do (If you want the line jetted, it would be ~$1200)! They snuck in an automatically renewing annual service plan saying that the cost would be higher if it was removed. And, payment was required before the work was done. Absolutely use anybody but Action. Came and diagnosed a sewer problem. Promised the repair would be done the next day and the concrete repaired the following week. The repair took a little longer. Fine. But was left with a giant hole in my drive for a week. Had to call and get them to do their jobs. Never once have they called to organize anything. This company rips people off. They charged me ****** to auger a clogged toilet. Nothing else was done, he sent the 3 auger down once and the toilet was again clogged the next day. They were also 1 hour late from the time window they provided. Save your money and find a place that is honest and decent to work with.

I have no idea how Action got an A+ rating. They have burned us three times now. I know we were dumb to try a third time. Their warrantees mean nothing. They charged us so much for their service fee that our replacement water heater (paid for under warrantee) would cost $1700 to replace!! We just called another company and got it free. Where are their ethics??!!??

They took a $8,500 prepayment, tore up the lawn, did an attempted plumbing repair so crappy it failed 8 of 10 points by the city inspector, then left without returning to fix the errors or even the large gash in the front lawn. When contacted about finishing the job the boss said something like "Let him fix it." Action came to our house because our A/C was not working, Their salesman told us we had major wiring problems and charged us $9,770.00. We were quoted $9,000.00 for the work. They replaced the main panel and surge protector for a grand total of $5,829.33. And according to another electrician, they didn't install a ground s**** on the panel. Other quotes since then say $3,500.00 would have been more reasonable. They dont deserve any stars so I spent ***** thousand dollars and they said I would get **** dollars in rebates and then they said it was already in the price so I am trying to get my rebates and you have to have certain information in order to qualify for the rebates and I went there and they wont help me with any paperwork or anything I had back surgery on8-3-23 and so it will be hard for me cause I cant do anything but I will keep you posted on what happens
