Still not operating 24 hours/day three years after the pandemic. The ******************* facility is old and equipment is always breaking down. The jacuzzi has been out of operation for two weeks. I have complained several times to management and they give non answers. I even complained to corporate and they knocked two months off my membership, but never fixed the problem!

I have been a member of 24Hour Fitness for a very long time, I keep my membership because it I have access to any of the 24 hour gyms in the different states I work, however I have attended the ******* gym (***** ***************) several times in the last few months and so far it is the worse of all the gyms I have attended in **********, ***** and ****************. it is so dirty that the shower shows a lot of mold on the floor and wall tiles. you can see the mold on the water drinking fountain, a sign that it is not clean ... read more
