This is a great no frills gym once inside, but the security guards will not only come and tell you to leave if you are in your car for more than 3 or 4 min (I was drinking my pre workout and looking for my earbuds!) but they have one that will HIDE BEHIND TREES and wait for you! I've had them CHASE ME THROUGH THE LOT and call the sheriff's on one for stalking multiple times!! If you want a great time dancing to Zumba or Pop Pilates ’you will find a variety of fun instructors and styles. Also, you can’t beat their wide variety of other fitness classes.there is something for everyone! 24 Hour Fitness rocks!
