Staff are kind, warm and welcoming! This is a happy and uplifting place. Love the variety of classes with Body Pump being my FAVORITE! Renee-Michelle Kirk is the best instructor ever! Her classes provide motivation, excellent guidance and a good workout! Thank you Renee for sharing your love of life and exercise with so many! ❤️❤️❤️
