Grit cardio and grit strength with Diane are the BEST. Her energy is infectious. So glad I discovered her class
Need to upgrade the floor and the machine they are very old
Great facility and people. David is a super trainer and gets results.
I love working out at this gym, the employees are always friendly, love the classes they offer at convenient times. They kick ass!
I still complain about the steam suana shutting off around 11 at night when there are plenty people still want to use it and not use just the dry suana
