I attended the gym every Saturday only because the gym class teacher is the best and very motivating. Nevertheless I am very displeased with the lack of cleanliness and upkeep at this gym. the group class floor has not been sussed out or waxed cleaned. The walls have not been repainted the ceiling vents are very dusty and not clean speakers has excess dust on them it's just so disappointing that my monthly premium keeps going up and I don't see where the money is going if the facility has been the same as far as looking run ... read more

Nice sized gym. The staff is welcoming.
There's lots of machines to choose from. Workers are friendly. I would love to see a circuit area be put in.
Tough & top notch training Hands done they have exceeded my expectations! Clean, safe with expert training staff I was thrilled to hear of the security around to ensure parking and equipment are kept open for everyone who loves it here! Came on a whim, staying for the long haul!!
This is a great no frills gym once inside, but the security guards will not only come and tell you to leave if you are in your car for more than 3 or 4 min (I was drinking my pre workout and looking for my earbuds!) but they have one that will HIDE BEHIND TREES and wait for you! I've had them CHASE ME THROUGH THE LOT and call the sheriff's on one for stalking multiple times!! As a female who goes to the gym early and alone I shouldn't have to be AFRAID or go through the process of a restraining order just to get healthy! I h... read more
