I was lucky enough to take the Sunday morning 9am cycle class with Peggy. She is an incredible instructor! Motivating, challenging and funny. I am used to taking 45 minute classes but she made the hour fly by!! Next time I’m in town, I will be sure to seek her out for another awesome ride!!
This is my go to gym and I love all staff. I trust them with my child while this mama gets her workout in� We love 205�
The customer service is hit or miss but usually a miss. I just left (Sunday morning) I was not greeted upon arrival nor did the guys say anything when leaving. This happens quite a bit at this location. Customer Service is key when you're greeting your customers.
