I’ve been coming here for about 8 years and the decline in appearance and cleanliness has gone from an 8 to a 2. The management just can’t keep this place clean or repaired. Bathroom floors are urine covered and water pressure for showers is awful. I can probably piss at a higher PSI than these showers. I finally got fed up today and had to write this review. To bad this is the closest gym to me.

I just want to let everyone know that Robert S. Is a fantastic trainer! Anyone trying to get back into shape or recover from injury should think seriously about working with him. He has an in-depth knowledge of exercise physiology and is able to adjust your routines fluidly and does not rely solely on machines. I feel stronger and healthier after working with him. Seriously check this man out.
RecommendedI love teaching at this gym! The staff is friendly and helpful. And I absolutely love working out with the dedicated members in the Group Fitness room. If you haven't tried a class, come join us!
