It needs a renovation and some cleaning in the bathrooms and group classes room. Also the equipment room is always hot , the fans don't help at all.
I can't get a class schedule on line. If I know what my usual class is that is fine but sometimes I like to do different things. Today I can't seem to get a class schedule at any of the clubs I go to.
My master trainer MATT is AMAZING!! I have lost 5 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks. Really takes care in showing me how to exercise properly without injury.
so far so good small and minimal traffic thur the night
Employees would rather flirt then clean and do upkeep on the machines
Only two squat racks......... Leg day here is tough, but outside that is a great gym
