The hot tub is constantly broke down along with several pieces of equipment, more than I’ve seen before! We members aren’t getting our money’s worth at this facility! Lots of room for improvement!! So I go to other clubs much farther away from my home! I went back to this club to check on its status and of course a sign is up at t front desk “Hot Tub being repaired!” This is unacceptable!!
Been a member of 24hr now for 18 years. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

I only have a membership to use the pool. This club specifically has the most disgusting water. I have complained multiple times about the bugs in the water, typical thirty to fourth in a lane. Yesterday I went to swim got in the water and the chemicals where so strong it started to burn my throat from breathing. When I went up to ask what was wrong they asked what I meant and then when I said the chemicals they said oh that and told me the filtration was broken and they needed to put up a sign.
Best management staff ..awesome energy in the club love working out here ..awesome group fitness classes
The customer service is hit or miss but usually a miss. I just left (Sunday morning) I was not greeted upon arrival nor did the guys say anything when leaving. This happens quite a bit at this location. Customer Service is key when you're greeting your customers.
