After trying to get a plumber to come out from our apartment management between 8:48am-1:06pm and no one showed up. I decicded to contact these guys. They showed up in 20mins and professionally came in looked at the problem and fixed it. These guys don't play around, outstanding customer service, they know what they are doing and won't beat around the bush about your plumbing problem. I really recommend them for any plumbing job out there.

I called 24/7 for an emergency flood and they came right out in 40 mins. They were super helpful and really took the time to do everything they could in the middle of the night to help fix our issue. Affordable and dependable. I’d give 6 stars if I could

The technician explained everything clearly, arrived at 10:40 pm, and made sure the problem was properly resolved before leaving. Very happy with the work and service from 24/7 Rooter/Conover Plumbing. Work was done quickly & efficiently and price was very fair. They helped us upgrade to a water heater, that was the correct size for our house and added a recirculator so that hot water was more easily available in our main bathroom. Even though he ended up not being eligible for any state rebates, we knew our water heater would not last long and are very happy it has been replaced. Alex and his crew will be our go to for plumbing needs from now on.
