Stay away, customer service sucks. I’ve been going there for years with no problems. I took my mom there, she’s from Florida, and she was charged an extra $5 because she wanted her nails in the shape of an oval. Who charges extra shapes. When we got back to my house, she said, I don’t ever want to go back there again because the nail tech wasn’t nice to me and he changed me $5 extra (on top of the already overpriced acrylic nails) because I asked him for an oval shape. Stay away from this place. My niece went in there and the prices kept changing. She forgot her wallet and they wouldn't let her leave. I had to walk in to give her the money for the service. Treated her like she was a deadbeat. Kidnappers
